The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a delicious and diverse selection of food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They addressed any concerns I had promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a genuine focus on guest care. I would like to extend a special thanks to all the hotel staff, particularly the reception team, Hussein and Ahmed, for their warm hospitality and quick responses.

The smile of all employees was very important to me. Everyone did their best for our demands. I was very pleased with the service of the breakfast team and their manager and the taste of the food. The reception team and their manager were always well-groomed and smiling. Every morning they asked how everything was going the day before. The location of the hotel was close to nice cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The view from the room and the balcony was very nice. I will definitely stay in the same hotel on my next visit. Free entrance to Lancaster Eden Bay was also excellent. I would like to thank all the management and all the staff. You made my vacation perfect. I wish you success in your professional and private life. Stay healthy until we meet again.

We booked one night at this hotel as we were transiting through the airport The shuttle was there and it was easy to find the counter right at the exit from customs Room was clean and spacious Staff were friendly

I had a wonderful stay at Lancaster Hotel! Everything was excellent, the room was clean and with all that you need, the view from the balcony - absolutely lovely and the staff - was very kind and willing to help with anything I needed. After my arrival they even brought me a full plate of fresh fruits. Also, their free airport transfer service was very helpful. I will definitely be back and I totally recommend this hotel!

Attentive and kind staff, spacious rooms. The hotel is set in an excellent location. We had a room on the 9th floor and the view of the sea from up there is great. The staff assisted us with a half day extension and that was efficient. Appreciate the shuttle service to the airport and the lovely driver as well.
